How to use A ready-to-mix powder blend of plant, vegetable and fruit extracts, with friendly gut bacteria and fibre. Natural flavouring of apple. Mix 1 heaped scoop (approx. 11.7g) with around 200ml water or add to a smoothie or juice – or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Contains approx. 30 servings. Drink straight away.
